• Caroline McAuley: "Having purchased the Miracle Blade and been very happy with it, I assumed I'd also be happy with the Ultimate Chopper. I was dead wrong. Not only is it bad at chopping, but it breaks very easily. I was making guacamole, for goodness sake, and the thing couldn't handle it, so I don't know how they can claim it'll grind cement. Also, when I tried to get my replacement blade, it took over four months for them to ship it out, and that was after I'd called them six times and gotten very angry on the last call. They charge you for the shipping the same day that you make the call. I had a charge on my VISA for something I didn't even get for 4 months. When the replacement broke, I was an optimist and I tried calling to replace it again only to be met with more rude sales people, and delays of up to two months. So, I gave up and asked for my money back. Be warned."
