Z.J., Boise, Idaho: "The Steam Buggy doesn't get up anything with a hard stain or soap scum in the tub. They exaggerated it on TV. It does clean for example the sink fixtures to make them look cleaner/fresher. My hope was that it was sterilizing the bathroom sink. You can only put a cup of water in it so you only have steam from 1 cup of water and that doesn't last long. It does drip water at times so when we steamed the upholstery it got wet. I did think the upholstery on the couch seemed fresher smelling afterwards and I like that. Of course it was damp from the drips which I didn't like."
Laura, Durham, N.C.: "I don't recommend this product. It doesn't really work that well, first, but it's also been the subject of some recalls due to steam escaping from around seams and possibly burning the user. I didn't have that problem, but I stopped using it after reading about that."
