Rebecca Hudson, Southport, England: "I've used it a few times to make quick fixes on some old (thin) curtains. But I wouldn't trust it on anything sturdier than that."
Fred Barnes, Falls Church, Va.: "I had to go through several of these until I found one that worked. Kept returning it to the store and getting my money back. Finally found one that worked, and it turned out not to be worth the wait, the effort or the money. I don't know a whole lot about sewing, but I know that what you've sewed together is supposed to stay together. And the stitches this thing makes come out so easily it's ridiculous. Really, a worthless product."
